A documented ADS Quality Program is ISO compliant and with the procedures in place to control the approval, issue, revision, storage, disposition and availability of documents which affect product quality. Quality records are developed and maintained to demonstrate the control of quality related activities. Manufacturing processes are then carried out under these controlled conditions.
Purchased materials shall conform to specified requirements using a supplier base management system that ensures appropriate levels of quality, value and service are maintained and continuously improved. Inspection, measuring, and testing equipment is controlled at ADS to ensure accurate measurements of all components produced. Nonconforming materials and products are controlled to prevent inadvertent use or installation. Material is properly identified and maintained from incoming receipt to customer delivery. The material is protected and stored in special environments when necessary to the projects.
The education and training of Advance Design & Systems LLC personnel is a major component in ensuring product quality program. Training needs are identified and training is provided to meet these requirements for employees.
